Hello, I use MLM, and I am trying to separate out menu items between my store's locations. I was hoping to do this by appending store information (ie. "SHARED" or "WHITECENTER") to specific items, but changing their POS and Kitchen names so the appends don't show up anywhere except for the backend. For example, Item name: Pepperoni Pizza (SHARED), POS Name: Pepperoni Pizza, Kitchen Name: Pepperoni Pizza. This works fine on POS menus, KDSs, and kitchen tickets, but receipts are printing the full item name. You can also see the full item name on the POS receipt screen on the left of the Quick Order screen as you add items to the ticket. Is there an option for guest receipts to use the POS or Kitchen name? Is there a better way to delineate items? Thanks!
