POS - Chargeback Process
A simplified chargeback process is now available! We know chargebacks are painful. That’s why Toast works hard to provide the tools and resources to help you challenge chargebacks, give you the best chance of winning, and help to prevent future chargebacks.
The new Chargeback Challenger tool is designed to simplify the chargeback process with these three steps:
- Automatic Support: We automatically attach transaction receipts and draft an explanation on your behalf.
- Review and Customize: You can review the drafted explanation, add supporting evidence, or edit the details as needed.
- Submit and Dispute: Once you're satisfied, simply submit the dispute to challenge the chargeback.
