I am a new Toast user. I have a question about Integration with Grubhub.
Integration with Grubhub has been completed and the menu has been updated. Order status can be checked from the POS, however, stock status from the dashboard is not reflected in Grubhub if I change it to out of stock. Do I need to do anything other than change the status?

Well it depends on your menu structure. do you have separate 3pd menus versus in-store,
Are the same items being used but just attached to different modifier groups or menu groups. etc
I need to see your backend menu to find out more

Assuming I understand your questions correctly, you can simply run a quick test by item 86 an item/modifier on your menu, then go on to your ordering page on Grubhub and see if the item/modifier that you disable on Toast POS is unavailable. If the item/modifier is not available or not shown, it means everything runs as expected.

Thank you. I have multiple times set the menu to out of stock from the Dashboard, but it has not been reflected.
