Hey @Loren we can help get you to a manager if it's needed, but managers are not specialized in troubleshooting like tech support is, but we can help you get to higher levels of support if you have any issues!

@Rob been asking Toast to take responsibility for the product that they sold us for over a year now. We have never been able to get a manager to step up.
We have a issue that calls for tech support almost every week. At this point some accountability would be nice.
If your at a restaurant and there is a issue with your meal. Who of the three should you talk to? the server, the cook or the manager?

Sorry to hear about your experience so far! As far as your question I think that would depend on how that particular restaurant decided to set up its hierarchy so I'm not really sure. However, send me a DM and I can get a manager to look over your cases and go from there!
