no, the problem persists. they are enabled. the orders are being split for the same tables and are coming in delayed, even though once they populate on the kds they have the same time on the ticket. i'll send a pic of tickets. the second ticket came ...
Yes. Prep times are enabled and all set to the same time. Here is an example. The last two tickets on the screen are from the same table and the last order came in 3 minutes after the ticket before, even though they display the same ticket time.
