Hello!
There is a customer who uses our toast delivery services to get food delivered several times a week. Great, right? NO. Now this customer does a credit card charge back for almost every order. It's infuriating and annoying. Is there any way to ban this specific persons address from being delivered to? I'd rather just do this then have to get the police involved or manually void the order every time.

Hey @RobGo, sorry to hear about this experience; unfortunately, Toast cannot block or identify any one credit card.

We have some Customers who order online pay. Ticket is set to future date. We fire ticket prepare. They call the store after notification that food is ready to be picked up, They call and cancel and require a refund. We loose money and food, We need to be able to ban customers for that reason. Please help with a Ban feature
