Toast Website Creating forms

Hi

I need to create "Catering" Link, but not connected to Toast Catering.

It should have fields like "Name, Phone, email, Guest Count, Event Date, Description, where the customer can just enter items they need, and then hit "submit"

This should just turn into an email to my pre-configured email address. 

Carrers also is similar, Name, Phone, email contact and a description that comes to a pre-specified email id.

Has someone done something like this?

I don't have a way to confirm this, but you should be able to create separate forms for catering or careers, and should be able to specify a different email for each.

Works! Thanks. The editor isn't intuitive. Maybe a good help page with step-wise pictures might be a good one to add. I was able to create a new page first and then add a form to that page. This is followed by fields for Name, phone, email, etc, and also has control to add which email the contents should be sent. Precisely what I wanted. 

Maybe there is a template that might have all the necessary fields and I could just add that to my page. Its possible that is there, but I haven't found that yet.
