Hi all!
First time here.
I think I have a simple question… Right now we are using a printed sheet to manage the in and out of cash flow in petty cash (the “back bank”)
its fine but as we are growing owners are not in the restaurant nearly as much… But we want to be accountable and be able to see that data quickl
I guess the first question is, can we finagle toast to account for not just the drawers but also for the petty cash in the back?
The second question is if not, is there a simple app that anyone uses to help gather up this data and keep it real time in front of owners when they want to?
Looking for a digital solution where this can be seen in real time. Of course, I suppose I can have my teammate, scan it in but if there’s something effective an easy out there that people are using it, like to hear it!

HotSchedules offers the "finance log" option which we use now. Toast having one for safe counts and petty cash bill counts would be great.
