Is there a way to post Different Modifier groups to an item online?

Hello- we have the ChowNow Integration and it is working great for the most part, but we want to modify some of the modifier groups our customers see when ordering online. Is there a way to do that without changing the modifier groups available to staff in-house?
Specific Example:  We're a Thai restaurant and we have Thai Doughnuts on our menu. In-house, we have a modifier to let the kitchen know how many people are going to be sharing the doughnuts so we can tweak the size up and down a little. This modifier group (# people) shows up online also. Is there a away to make it so that modifier does not show online but we still have it in-house?

Yeah just edit the channel visibility of modifier groups you don't want to appear online. Chow now is 3rd party so you would want to turn off partners too.
