What does Website View-Only mean?

I would like to display a menu on my website that isn't purchasable (i.e. a current draft menu but I don't want people to be able to order online). I added a new "Draft" Menu and selected Website View-Only but nothing appears when I try to add a Menu Group to the website nothing appears. The only way I have been able to make it show up is by allowing it to be a purchasable item on the website. Am i misunderstanding what the "Website View Only" is?

Did you enable website view only under the channel visibility of the POS menu itself? https://central.toasttab.com/s/article/Setting-Ordering-Visibility-in-the-Menu-Builder

Yes I have the top menu called Draft listed as Website View-Only but I have it turned off for Toast Online Sales. My hope is to be able to post my Draft menu on my website but to not have that purchasable since I don't want people to be able to order draft beer online.

I attached a screenshot showing how it's set up but for some reason now the menu group isn't even available any longer.

Thanks, just to clarify this is for toast websites? Or just toast online ordering page?
