You can set a payrate on a job and that will be inherited by any employee assigned that job, but it can be overridden at the individual employee level if necessary. To change payrates of existing jobs go to employees > jobs click on the job title you want to change, set the default pay and save changes. To change the jobs assigned to employees go to employees, click the pencil icon next to the employees name and check the boxes next to the jobs you want assigned to that employee.
