Received incomplete 1099-K

Hi all, 

We received a 1099-K with Toast last week, which only showed processing amounts from June to December of last year- all blanks for the first half of the year. I emailed the support email listed on the tax document, and was told " You may have received 2 1099-K forms this year. This is related to Toast adding additional banking partners. We communicated this update to you in an email prior to the transition occurring, and should have little to no impact on your daily operations. " 

I did not receive 2 1099-Ks, and not sure what the additional banking partners have to do with not receiving correct 1099-Ks. 

Anyone else have this issue?
