Our restaurant is located in upstate NY and have trouble with getting support for our system performance, connectivity, printer issues etc.... (last weekend food tickets started printing to the bar printer with no explanation)
Are there any 3rd party vendors that are recommended or best practices for getting technical support quickly. We are looking to open an additional restaurant and would like to ensure we have strong support.
Any insights would be very welcomed!
