In my shelf-to-sheet inventory, cCurrently, I have three different types of 12oz cups due to issues with the supply chain. However, we only use these cups for one purpose. In my recipe list, I have included the 12oz cups as an item along with the primary cup and backup cups as substitutes. My question is, will Toast automatically calculate the average cost of ingredients based on the invoices, regardless of which cup type I use? I have already set up the primary cup and its backups in the recipe.
