Recently I've had issues with the POS allowing servers to redeem points once a customers rewards information was entered. It will show rewards are available but the Redeem button is greyed out and will not allow for redemption. When the server puts the customer information in, the customer does not see on their side any information about said rewards so they do not have the option to redeem or not on their end. Is there a solution for this?

I believe you have set a minimum threshold customers need to reach before they can redeem their rewards? For example, if the minimum threshold is set to 50 points, customers won't be able to redeem rewards unless they have reached the minimum. However, the system will still say there is reward available but the redeem button is greyed out when customers have not reach the minimum.
It has been like this since last software update. It's a little bit confusing. Our cashiers often mistaken customers have available rewards and turns out they actually don't have any.
