toast pos passcode

I'm trying to figure out my handheld POS passcode. I don't remember creating one. how can i find it or create a new one?

looks like someone created a device password and locks you out. You will need to access recovery mode and factory reset the device to get it to work. Please contact Toast support for further assistance.
