Wow, I had so much trouble with the Toast web site and their payroll support phone in. What a mess!! I just wanted to apply for a couple paid sick days and wasted an hour and a half.. Yikes!!

No, they didn't even get back to me, except to say the situation was resolved, which it wasn't. I had to have my boss fix the issue. All in all, I'm not impressed with the website/support...
