Kiosk Tab Number Entry Issues

Does anyone know if Toast is working on being able to have a number keypad pull up instead of the keyboard, or have a keyboard that has the numbers available for entry without it resorting to letters after every number entered? The current experience is not a great one for guests and often leads to them entering the wrong info for the tab name, leading to confusion on where the food should be run.

Hi @Tinku_S , thank you for reaching out! Our team is actively working on this guest experience. In the short term, we're rolling out an updated keyboard that won't revert back to letters every time a number is pressed, so entering tab names/numbers should be much smoother.

I don't have a firm release date to share yet, but thank you again for the feedback, it's helpful for us to hear how this is impacting the guest experience!
