A delivery option was added to our Google ordering options by a provider using the name "Locally Delivred." (spelling is incorrect on purpose). This provider doesn't exist as far as we can tell and was given no authorization to offer delivery through Google. The customer contacted us via telephone to ask where her order was which brought this issue to our attention. After an hour, we received an on-line order through Toast at our prices (the customer was charged 20% more). THEN a door dash driver showed up to deliver the order. (We don't offer any delivery options)
We are unable to remove Locally Delivred as a provider despite never adding them in the first place. We have had to turn off all online orders through Google until we can resolve the issue. Has anyone else had a similar experience?

Hey Community!
I wanted to share an update I investigated this internally and found that the phone number 484-339-4548 appears to be associated with “Locally Delivred.”
This service isn’t integrated with Toast, so unfortunately there’s not much we can do directly on our end. It seems to be a third-party setup where delivery drivers pick up orders from nearby restaurants and deliver them independently. Here’s a link that appears to be connected to them: locallydelivrd.com

We just discovered the exact same thing. It is really frustrating because we don’t offer delivery as our food doesn’t travel well. How do they have access to our Toast ordering system?

Hi there! We have recently ran into this exact problem with "Locally Delivred." Were you able to find out how to remove this provider from your Google account. If so, advice would be appreciated.

Unfortunately, the only “solution” that we have found was to turn off any orders processed through Google. Toast was no help.

How unfortunate, but thank you for the quick follow-up. We have two Google Business Profiles, but this issue is only on one. We've had to turn off online ordering as well until something is resolved. We've submitted a report through Google, but not sure if there will be much help there either.
