Locally Delivred - Unauthorized third party delivery option added to google

A delivery option was added to our Google ordering options by a provider using the name "Locally Delivred."  (spelling is incorrect on purpose).  This provider doesn't exist as far as we can tell and was given no authorization to offer delivery through Google.  The customer contacted us via telephone to ask where her order was which brought this issue to our attention.  After an hour, we received an on-line order through Toast at our prices (the customer was charged 20% more).  THEN a door dash driver showed up to deliver the order.  (We don't offer any delivery options)

We are unable to remove Locally Delivred as a provider despite never adding them in the first place.  We have had to turn off all online orders through Google until we can resolve the issue.  Has anyone else had a similar experience?

Hey Community!
I wanted to share an update I investigated this internally and found that the phone number 484-339-4548 appears to be associated with “Locally Delivred.”

This service isn’t integrated with Toast, so unfortunately, there’s not much we can do directly on our end. It seems to be a third-party setup where delivery drivers pick up orders from nearby restaurants and deliver them independently. Here’s a link that appears to be connected to them: locallydelivrd.com

-EDIT-

To disable this, you will need to disable Order with Google. The line below explains how to do this!
Manage Order with Google

This issue has been relayed to our fraud team, this is a legitimate business, so we are unable to do much from our side. This business is a 3rd-party company that leverages Google to offer this service, so canceling the 'order with Google' service is the only way to remove it at this time. Above is the best contact information we've found to also attempt to cancel.

Robert, I do get that...but, the orders come through as if someone had just placed a normal to-go order directly on our website. It goes straight to the KDS system. I agree that it is not something that TOAST is partnering with, but it seems they are cloning our TOAST web order page and marking up the prices without our permission.

I agree with Raithrovers1.  These orders appear in our Toast POS as if they were ordered through Toast online.   Toast doesn’t partner with the scam BUT your system should be secure enough that it can’t be hijacked by an unauthorized 3rd party delivery service.   My efforts to make Toast aware of this problem weren’t escalated and the only way that I could protect my small business was to turn off all Google orders.  Not really an ideal solution.

This issue has been relayed to our fraud team, but since Locally Delivred appears to be a legitimate company, even though it is very "sketchy" at best, there isn’t much more we can do from our side. At the moment, disabling Google ordering seems to be the only effective way to remove their listing, since that is the platform they use to leverage their service.

There has to be some way of protecting your customers from this (the business owner), they go in and change our pricing and add fees. This showed up before, and we somehow got it removed, but now it’s back on one of our businesses. It’s infuriating, and has to be illegal. Is Toast working on anything to prevent this?
