Is anyone else having trouble sending marketing emails to your customers when you want to through Toast? This changed back in September at some point for us. When we go to schedule our email It is now recommending we send out customer emails at midnight and won't let us choose a new time which is crazy. The only way we can get around this if it is more than a day in advance and it will allow us to schedule then. Otherwise, we have to wait for the time and hit send now. A message when scheduling come up saying "Based on Your Prior Campaigns, We recommend scheduling your campaign at ..." Let me know if anyone is experiencing this and how they got around it as I had numerous tickets/conversations open with no resolution and they closed them all. thanks!

I noticed this too, can't select the current day either if it is passed the recommended time, only workaround I found was to select the AM time you want while in PM, then switch the slider back to AM, it will then turn 10pm to 10am for example, at least that is what it shows, will see when it actually sends it.
**Looks like this has been fixed

It looks like it may be finally fixed. The last two weeks we have been able to schedule whenever we would like without any AI recommended times. Fingers crossed! thanks all for your feedback!! Really appreciate it!

Has this been resolved? I went to schedule an eblast for the next day. It gave me the first available time at 10:45pm.

No, but the workaround I tried did work and it sent at the right time.

Yes- thank you! That seems to work for example if it is 2pm today and I want to send an email after 2pm tomorrow. But if it is 10am today and I want to schedule an email for later in the same day- you cannot. It only provides a time for after that time the next day unfortunately. It is the AI recommended time that needs to be turned off or at least able to bypass. Not sure why this cannot be done. Will follow up again tomorrow on my ticket.
