What tricks have you learned to have social media platforms, google, yelp, or apple business connect help you grow your business?

We focus on getting google reviews - as the main search engine, we want to maintain a high google star rating with a lot of customer content & photos. Next to that we want to maintain a high yelp star average and will respond to every review under 4 stars to try to rectify the issue, and then ask the user to update their star rating.

Hi Alyssa, We use a company called Google ReviewMD and we went from 1900 reviews over the last 20 years to 12,000 reviews in 1.5 yrs , I hope that helps
