Experiential/Immersive Dining -  providing an experience alongside the meal, the new trend!

I would accomplish this by use of visual effects, food illusion, and personalities. Projections can change an entire space in an instance. Illusion to convince the guest that they are trying something "out of this world". Having strong personalities would be the most important part, someone who can fully convince the guest that they are on an experience and not in Central FL. 

I'm interested to see if anyone in the community runs an Immersive Dining establishment? I'd love to hear more about it.
