We've put the majority of our marketing time into email marketing, which historically has had the greatest ROI for driving sales (our core customer base is generally 30+). We keep Instagram active and have barely scratched the surface with Tiktok. Are we missing out on by not putting more effort into TikTok?

-TikTok is especially beneficial for independently operated restaurants because it is a FREE platform. This means that independently operated restaurants can compete with larger restaurants on TikTok without having to spend a lot of money.
Be Sure to:
Post high-quality videos.
Use relevant hashtags.
Engage with your audience. Respond to comments, answer questions, and participate in trends.
Run contests and promotions. A great way to engage and attract new followers.
