email marketing and sms marketing

I have email and SMS marketing. I have never been able to use them fully. I especially have lots of issues when editing my emails. It seems they have a beta version now that does not allow for image or message editing, and when I switch to classic, it does not let me edit the images. I have gone through the training, but it seems not to work on my end. I just came off a one-hour call with support, and they did not help me. 

I am sure it is user error. For those of us who have mastered this, please share any resources you can point to or tricks you use.

I know how frustrating it is when things aren’t working the way they should, especially after such a long call. I hope you get it resolved. I have used MailChimp, Constant Contact, PopMenu, GoDaddy, SquareSpace, Outlook, and more all for marketing campaigns. I will say from a design perspective Toast is the cleanest and most flexible for content. I think websites and email they killed it. I use the Adobe Creative Cloud for image creation and editing then bring them into Toast.
