I have email and SMS marketing. I have never been able to use them fully. I especially have lots of issues when editing my emails. It seems they have a beta version now that does not allow for image or message editing, and when I switch to classic, it does not let me edit the images. I have gone through the training, but it seems not to work on my end. I just came off a one-hour call with support, and they did not help me. 

I am sure it is user error. For those of us who have mastered this, please share any resources you can point to or tricks you use. 

We are working on the final four campaigns and easter campaigns

Thanks for reaching out! I’m really sorry to hear that your support call didn’t provide the help you needed. I know how frustrating it is when things aren’t working the way they should, especially after such a long call. While we wait for community members to chime in with their tips, could you share your case number with me? I’d be happy to check on it and see if we can escalate it to a higher tier for more specialized support if it hasn’t been already!
