Marketing Hub - Automated campaigns

Bringing guests back to your restaurant depends on your ability to utilize customer data from Toast POS to create an automated email marketing strategy. These "set it and forget it" campaigns can help you increase revenue by increasing the frequency of visits from existing guests and driving additional sales from lapsed guests. Retail - Purchasing and receiving

We are excited to announce that purchasing and receiving is now live in the retail module! This feature allows you to generate Purchase Orders or enter items from an Invoice and receive against them, automatically adjusting your available inventory quantity for items on hand. When receiving new inventory, you can capture changes to item costs and adjust prices to maintain your profit margin — all from your desktop or mobile device.

Online Ordering - Guest reminder emails for scheduled orders

Guests who place a future order scheduled for more than 48 hours in the future via Online Ordering or Online Ordering Pro will receive a reminder email 24 hours before their order is ready for pickup/delivery. The subject line of the email will read, “Your order at [your restaurant name] will be ready tomorrow!”

Toast Credit Card Surcharging* helps offset processing costs by automatically applying a compliant fee to guests who choose to pay by credit card, in a way that helps you comply with card brand rules.

*Not available in CT, ME, MA, OK. Merchants that have a direct Card Acceptance Agreement with American Express are not eligible. Certain merchants that participate in American Express’ OptBlue program are not eligible. Credit card surcharging is not yet available in New York.
