Unfortunately, discounts cannot be applied to a specific dining option as far as I know. It sounds like you have your discount applied when customers order the eligible items. You can uncheck the auto-apply and ask your employees to apply the discount only for dine-in orders.
If you don't want your employees accidentally apply discount to orders that are not dine-in, you will need to create separate menus for dine-in and takeout/delivery.
