I got the dreaded email... .99 fee starting july 10th

I Am mostly a takeout spot and I don't accept phone orders. I receive an average of 2500 online orders a month thru toast online ordering channels. I Guarantee I Will have a new system in place by July 10th if I cant get this removed. Toast is not about to make an extra $2500 a month FROM MY CUSTOMERS. Im so fed up. Im sure everyone else is as well. Please fix this toast.

  • Adding a small $0.99 Order Processing Fee paid by guests on orders $10 and over is a way for us to fund continued innovation for our community, avoid costly commissions charged to restaurants, and help keep costs low for guests compared to many other digital ordering platforms.
