Go to your KDS >> device setup >> scroll all the way down and find ticket display option >> check all items or check "ticket with no course"

All of the check boxes are already checked....

Just test it. Mine is showing open items as expected. I understand you already checked the setting. But I just want to make sure we checked the right spot again.

Ok, it's showing up on the KDS now; but it's also showing up in the Bar. I should be able to figure that out. Thanks.

We utilize Seat numbers. Before when entering food items, the system would prompt to select seat number; now you have to manually select the seat before you enter items. Is there a way to revert back to the other way? Servers are not remembering to manually select seat numbers.
