KDS monitor

I want to put KDS in my kitchen but I have a hard time paying $900 for a 22" monitor.

Seems very high seeing as they are going to charge a monthly fee on top of that.

Not trying to be cheap but I can get a 22" monitor on Amazon for $75

Input?

I think the key is that it’s not just a monitor. It’s an entire computer. Something has to power what shows up on the monitor. The KDS is often the same or similar hardware as your registers.

You’re paying for that computer, the screen, and all the functionality that goes with it when you have KDS enabled.
