Kiosk issues

We just purchased a kiosk and have been trying to get it to work for 3 months now. Support is no help and they just tell me to do the same thing over and over which doesn't work. The kiosk will not accept tap, apple pay it only accepts swipe. When i try to install toast software on the kiosk it acts like its installing it then restarts over and over. Theres no way to even access the menu to tell it which printer to use. This thing is useless and im not getting any help on even returning this thing to toast all the meanwhile they keep charging me $90 a month for the kiosk subscription. Anyone having similar issues or know how to get this paperweight to work properly.

Thursday and i haven't heard anything from anyone. Another business week will pass without being able to use the kiosk and being charged.

Hey! Can you tell me what steps support has directed you to do? Clear storage? Updates? Removing the card reader? Updating the card reader? Let me know so I can attempt to help while the escalation team works on it!

Restart, reset, restore, talk to the onboarding team and update. None have worked, I can’t access anything other than the kiosk, there’s no way to even access the menu setup or modes or printer setup to connect a printer.
