Maximum USB cable length for POS external devices

Ideally, my new bar setup would look like this, using the construction of the bar to trace cables from POS's to Wedge displays and Tap devices, but I see that USB cables aren't suggested to be this long. I can't go across the walking path of the bar due to concrete floors. Could this setup work in any way? Are there USB hubs I can use to extend the signal to these lengths? TIA!

However, it's important to note that aftermarket devices and cables are not approved by Toast and may affect the system's reliability.
