We have one order taking screen, 2 printers (pizza and fry) and one KDS screen at the expo station.
The KDS alerts us with a tone when the order comes in. Great. A few weeks back, we started getting "phantom alerts" with no tickets printing and no new orders received. The alerts correspond to an order, as we see that order flash as the alert tone happens. I'm trying to stop these.
Around the time of this starting, I was messing around with the station set ups and setting individual prep times for kitchen items. Did that do something? Really struggling trying to cancel the "phantom alerts."
