My epson impact printer is shredding up the black ink side only , going through ribbons very quickly. Printer was provided by toast and only a little over a year old. What’s best way to handle this, call toast to get replacement ?
The epson printers are nearly imoossible to replace because of supply issures. I reccomend checking the black making sure it is calibrated correctly and not pushing in the wrong spot. Also check the screws make sure they are tightened. and also make sure there is no small bits for paper that got jammed in the cutter.
