How can I do a refund to a card that wasn't used. Someone needed to be refunded but there card that was used was fraud and closed so they need refunded to a new card how do I do this??
You would need unlinked refunds enabled for your restaurant as well as the permission. I don't think it is something that is on by default so you most likely will need to contact support for help with that.
