It is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous that Toast can NOT create a WAY to differentiate the appearance of the printed kitchen ticket on SPECIAL REQUESTS information for online ordering. There is NO way for my kitchen staff to know if someone TYPES in requests if it "reads" and looks exactly as it would as if they chose if from a drop down. I will gladly show an example of what has been happening to us. and it COSTS tons of lost revenue!!!
