Toast Tap, Direct Attach

My Toast Tap, Direct Attach device (self service kiosk) is not processing credit cards via tap or chip.  Only swipe works.  

Any suggestions or similar experiences?

If you already haven't, I would reach out to support for troubleshooting help. Then I can escalate and move the case for more help if needed.

Have you checked the EMV is enabled?
