I'm trying to get a report or even just a csv download that includes the value of the ticket that was fulfilled.
So far I'm only seeing time basically. We are looking to understand the average time to fulfill and the value of what is being fulfilled so we can better manage and incentivize the kitchen crew.
There a few place that summarize this but it seems adding the value to the fulfillment reports would be easy enough but can't seem to find a way to do it.
