Your devices should automatically enter Offline Mode, allowing you to continue to place orders, print tickets and receipts, and take credit card payments. Update - We’re aware this Toast service disruption may also be affecting access to and use of Toast Payroll. We are urgently working on a resolution and will update this status page every 15 minutes until the system returns to normal.
Resolved (16:41 EDT)- This incident has been resolved and Toast Systems have returned to normal. Now that you’re back online, we recommend taking these recovery steps to ensure minimal disruption in your restaurant.
