I've got to say this is a huge disappointment in the execution with Toast. After spending time emailing our local food bank, getting permissions, setting it up a fundraiser and spending 45 min chatting with support in order to see the language on a receipt, the conclusion is these fundraising prompts are only available digitally. For our restaurant, that does very little online ordering and does not use digital receipts, it's kind of worthless. "Campaigns are only visible to guests on Fundraising enabled products."

Thanks for reaching out and sharing this feedback. You’re correct, the Fundraising Round Up feature only appears on digital guest touchpoints such as Online Ordering, the Guest Facing Display (GFD), and Digital Receipts.
We had explored adding this feature to printed receipts, but ultimately it was not implemented. I’ll make sure your feedback is shared with the team as we continue to improve the experience!
