What’s your favorite way to learn what’s new with Toast products?

Hey everyone 👋🏽
As you know, every month, I share out the Product Update posts to keep you in the loop on what’s new and improved, or what’s coming soon that month. But, I know everyone learns and engages a little differently, so I'd love your input!
How else would you like to learn about our product innovations?
Would you find value in things like:
- Short video walkthroughs?
- Webinars or more AMAs with our product team?
- Interactive demos or tutorials?
- Customer stories/ spotlights using new features?
- Something else entirely?
Drop your thoughts in the comments 👇 The product team is always looking for better ways to keep you informed, inspired, and ahead of the curve!

Thanks for asking, Jenni!
These are all great ways to learn about product updates. I think the most valuable tools listed here are video walkthroughs and customer stories. Regardless, the key here is to feed users all the information in the most direct way possible (ie: keep it short!).
I also appreciate the option to inform staff directly of any changes that affect their daily routine via a pop-up window on the terminal. This saves time remembering and redirecting information and also empowers them to take charge of the way they use Toast.
Thanks again - we love how Toast keeps our team informed about updates and new best practices!

My vote:
Short videos (≤2 min) with a clear “what changed / why it matters / how to turn it on.”
Interactive demo/sandbox so the team can try it without risking prod.
Customer spotlights with real metrics (time saved, adoption, impact).
A monthly live AMA to hit edge cases would round it out.
Appreciate it
