Is it possible to set take out tip request at 5-10-15%. which would be different than the 15-20-22 percent request for dine in customers. My take out customers are complaining that the request is unreasonable. 

How do you value the Guest data on Toast Now reporting. I'm out of town, checking on today's business the Guest report suggests a count that is not realistic and the avg/guest sales percentage that's about 1/3 of normal sales.  Is this a projection? ...
