I am having an issue with customers leaving there credit card inserted in the ship reader. Is there some way to turn on an audible warning as well as visual on the customer display to warn them to remove their card?
When an item that is scanned is not in the Toast database all we get is a beep. A popup saying "Item Not Found" would be a great addition to the system.I find staff just move on and we don't get paid for the item.
