We didn't create a dedicated discount button for comped drinks so I'm not sure how I can pull numbers on fully comped drinks that were for testing, tasting, or had to give away. Anyone have any ideas?
My other restaurant prints a ticket any time a single item is full filled but my new restaurant doesn't do this. I can't find the option for the life of me. Only way has been to manually print a ticket.
Currently when a server enters in apps and entrees and sends to the kitchen, the apps and entrees show as 2 different cards on the KDS instead of just one card even though it's the same table. Any way to combine it into one card for one table?
