How do we get a ticket to print anytime you full fill a single item on a larger order?

My other restaurant prints a ticket any time a single item is full filled but my new restaurant doesn't do this. I can't find the option for the life of me. Only way has been to manually print a ticket.

aslo enable print by fulfulliment

I have this enabled but when I full fill one item from a list of items on screen, it does not print a ticket.

The other part of this is in the device settings on the KDS itself.
