For anyone wanting to use the Pre-Shift notes feature in the Toast Now mobile app - permissions required is "Log Book". without that permission enabled your managers won't see the option to create a pre-shift note. shout out to google ai.
Has there been any movement on this in the last few months? We are also trying to evaluate menu items, but the only option is to export and attempt to decipher. I'm also trying to use Toast IQ, but it can't see information by item by prep station.
