The printout for the z report is missing one sales category even though the sales report on toast shows it. Is there a setting or something that I am missing?

When doing the shift report, there are three buttons at the bottom. A print icon, button for clocking out and starting a new shift, and a clock out button. The icon (no words, just an icon) allows for the report to be printed without clocking out.
The one that is not showing is the one I added last. We have five devices and none of them show it.this missing line would make 8 sales categories.i have resynced the devices and the missing line still isn’t there
