Weird, I'm not seeing that color menu, but maybe I have to wait for the full update to happen? Right now we're running the in non-new experience, with the option to toggle over.

I also agree. And, I have a coffee shop, so we need to use light mode, but the color palette is really challenging. There's no brown! It's extremely limited, so using colors for different coffee drinks is much more difficult to figure out. Our brown ...
