My expo printer randomly misses tickets on a daily basis. I'm wondering if it is an issue with it timing out or if there is something set up incorrectly. Anyone else have this issue, or know what to check?
I have my kitchen tickets set up to separate items by course. This works for dine in and phone orders, however, does not print correctly on online orders. Does anyone know how to correct this?
