My expo printer randomly misses tickets on a daily basis. I'm wondering if it is an issue with it timing out or if there is something set up incorrectly. Anyone else have this issue, or know what to check?
How did you setup your expo, is it just another prep station that everything routes to or did you use the built in expeditor printer under kitchen setup?
